Description:
Oberlin Marketing is committed to the service and support of insurance professionals.
We deliver administrative support and marketing distribution of insurance products and provide outstanding service to our Agents.
The Customer Service Representative works closely with Agents to help them grow and service their books of insurance related business.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound agent communication related to quotes, applications, and service-related issues and questions.
Processing of applicationsFollow-up on pending quotes and applications with carriers and agents to get business placed using status reporting, CRM tracking and attentiveness to details in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Time Management, Ethical, Good Judgement, Follow Confidentiality StandardsPositive, up-beat personality reflecting OM's commitment to outstanding customer service.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently and within a team on ongoing projectsMust have ability to multi-task Good organizational skills (Insurance Experience is preferred but not required)Excellent oral and written communication skills Intermediate typing & proficient in MOS including Excel, Word and Outlook Dependable, reliable and motivated, with a positive, professional demeanorPrevious customer service experience preferredSupport organization's goals & valuesEducation / Licensing:
