Technician Associate

NOW HIRING a Technician Associate to work with a top Energy and Utility company in the New Haven, IN area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Hybrid Schedule; training will be onsite.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.


Responsibilities:
  • Gather site data of Distribution facilities.
  • Drive new camera rig throughout the District to get pictures of all facilities.
  • Communicate with customers effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Electrical Distribution design using internal software,
  • Create work order/work packets for line crew.
  • Focus on pole replacements.
  • Apply technical knowledge and experience in resolving problems encountered in assigned work.


Qualifications:
  • Associate s Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
  • Ability to read and understand schematic drawings.
  • Good computer software skills; quick learner
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Valid driver s license and good driving record.
