Superior Aluminum Alloys, a wholly owned subsidiary of Steel Dynamics, Inc., one of the nation's leading metals recycling companies, is currently seeking a dependable Administrative Professional for our facility in New Haven, Indiana.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Ability to verify and weigh inbound and outbound freight
Data entry, filing, and organizational skills
Greeting, directing, and assisting visitors
Answering main line telephone
Maintain and generate logs, reports and paperwork
Utilize Microsoft Word and/or Excel
Perform other Administrative duties as needed
Position requirements: Strong written & verbal communication skills, good math skills, computer proficiency with the ability to use word processing software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Prior customer service experience is desired. Candidate must be a motivated self-starter with ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. Attention to detail and good organizational skills are imperative. Adherence to safety rules and procedures are a MUST.
Candidates must be able to pass background criminal and credit checks, and pre-employment testing which includes basic physical exam and drug screen.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
