Equipment Maintenance Technician
Troubleshoot and repair all mechanical equipment
Mobile equipment, 480V three phase power distributions, conveyors, roll replacement, Siemens S7 PLCs, VFD's to pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Provide shift support and leadership as it relates to electrical safety, controls and equipment operation
Perform projects, install new equipment and assist in production.
Repairs to Mechanical/Electrical equipment
Formal technical education, preferred
3-5 years maintenance experience
Must be able to read electrical / mechanical drawings
PLC and drive experience a plus
Solid mechanical and electrical aptitude and a desire to problem solve
Ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
Possess a self-starter quality for seeking input and details from resources
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
Must have good math skills, as well as good oral communication skills
Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Possess a willingness to work in cold/hot outside conditions as well as hot inside conditions
EOE/M/F/V/DEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
